由于水电站装机容量的提高,对水电站引水压力钢板材料的强度要求越来越高。而且需要具备优良的焊接性能和一定的低温韧性。W-B610CF钢板是低焊接裂纹敏感性低碳贝氏体钢,抗拉强度在600MPa以上。W-B610CF钢板在生产过程中通过降低C的含量,采用微合金化技术和控制较低温加热-----低温轧制工艺,以获得细小的低碳贝氏体。
W-B610CF钢板简称CF钢属于低碳贝氏体钢,具有强度高、韧性好、焊接性能广的特点,抗拉强度在600MPa以上,是国内新开发的调质型低焊接裂纹敏感性钢板,国外多称为焊接无裂纹钢,被广泛应用于电力、汽车、工程机械等领域。

W-B610CF钢板具有良好的焊接性。通过严格控制焊接线能量、预热温度、层间温度以及焊后及时消氢处理等工艺措施,产生冷裂纹可能性很小;球罐焊后几何尺寸检查结构良好;热处理后的产品焊接试板力学性能,尤其是焊接接头的低温韧性完全满足技术条件和相关规范要求且富裕量较大,保证了产品的质量。用于制造大型水电工程蜗壳、过渡板及火电产品弹簧板等钢板。
高强度低焊接裂纹敏感性钢板(简称钢板)的牌号由抗拉强度数值、低焊接裂纹敏感性的英文首位字母等组成。
如 610 或 780 —— 抗拉强度数值,单位为 MPa;
CF —— 低焊接裂纹敏感性 Crack Free 的英文首位字母。
交货状态:
钢板以调质或 TMCP+回火状态交货。当以调质状态交货时,其回火温度不低于 600℃。
应用行业:
用于制造大 型水电工程蜗壳、过渡板及火电产品弹簧板等钢板。
